Frequently asked questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > FluentRabbit > Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll keep premium access until then.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for any App Store purchase.

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

Open FluentRabbit on your new device and go to Settings > Restore Purchases. Your subscription will be reactivated through the App Store.

How do I delete my data?

All your data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling FluentRabbit permanently deletes all your progress, preferences, and lesson data. We don't store any personal data on our servers.

The app isn't recognising my speech. What should I do?

Make sure FluentRabbit has microphone permission: go to iPhone Settings > FluentRabbit > Microphone and check it's enabled. Speak clearly and try to minimise background noise. The app works best in a quiet environment.

Is my voice data stored?

No. Your voice recordings are processed in real time and never stored on our servers. Audio is sent to third-party AI services for transcription and pronunciation scoring, then immediately discarded. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Is FluentRabbit available on Android?

FluentRabbit is currently available on iOS only. We're considering Android for the future based on demand.

How do I report a bug?

Email fluentrabbit@gmail.com with a description of the issue. Including your iPhone model and iOS version helps us investigate faster.
